From the United Kingdom - Frustrated by recruitment systems?

I have been, that's why I designed the Recruiters Book.
It works 100% of the time, unlike those recruitment systems.

I do acknowledge that we need them for stats, but this book is a safety net. You can use it as your handover when you have been sooo successful you have booked a 3 week holiday in the Maldives. Take a closer look at The Recruiters' Book, its 2 page a week spreads includes details of roles and assignments you are recruiting for, client contact details, candidate details, start dates, interviews arranged. There's even a tally box so you can take the book into your 1-2-1 to track your activity against recruitment KPI's such as applications to interview, interview to offer and offer to acceptance. You can see instantly exactly how much activity you have done! You can also track fees and margins to work out your bonus! The Recruiters' Book ensures you can still contact your candidates and clients when you have given up on your recruitment system and IT can't fix the problem, even when switching it off and on again doesn't work!

As a professional Recruiter and Member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) I sat at 5:50 on a Friday evening (when the weekend was calling me!) drawing lines in a hard bound book for the following weeks Recruitment activity. Suddenly in a moment of inspiration, as I looked around at my Recruitment Consultant colleagues I realised we were all doing exactly the same thing! (And whether it is a security blanket for some or a cathartic experience of preparation for the next week in the world of recruitment; in today's climate do we really have that time on our hands? My answer would be no!)

It seems ridiculous that as professional intelligent and innovative thinkers we do not have a dedicated professional Recruitment book to help us work smart. As unemployment rises, we Recruiters have extra work on our hands, finally (but unfortunate to some) we now have a bigger pool of candidate to select from. The climate will eradicate any rogue Recruiters out there, but there will still be a huge requirement for the Professional Recruiter. Companies will outsource HR services in an aim to cut down on headcount costs, some companies will find it useful to recruit temporary workers until the "tide has changed".

It's a rocky road out there, but the Professional "hardcore" Recruiters amongst us will remember that's why we love the job, the highs and lows of Recruitment are our drivers. So to all those Roller coaster riding, margin making, bonus spending, candle burning, hard hitting Recruiters you cannot be without The Recruiters' Book by Graft.

It's time to get even more ‘with the program' to succeed, naturally we are able to change like quicksand and adapt to our new surroundings, shaping and empathizing to really understand our clients Recruitment issues and recruitment needs, The Recruiters' Book will help you get organised and liberate yourselves! Throw away your rulers and pencils, strip away years of deprivation! Lavish in the luxury of the gorgeously groovy, the wonderfully wicked, the fabulously funky Recruiters' Book.

We guarantee once you have one, it will be the one thing you would take with you when the office burns down.
