I am looking for a ICM Applicaiton Developer with ICM hands-on experience required. A successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience working with Cisco Unified ICM scripting and configuration. Additional proficiencies in CVP, IPCC and IP IVR are highly desirable.

The salary range is $90,000.00 to $110,000.00.

Position Description:

Project Implementation includes:

Project Management
Ensure projects remain within scope
Project documentation and support
Troubleshooting

Technical Support:

Technical Consulting
Site review and discovery
Review, interpet, and act upon client requests and/or scope changes

Assume lead engineer role on multiple projects across all phases including:

Analysis
Planning
Development
Design
Testing
Production deployment support
Post deployment support
"Own" customer issues until resolved

Industry certifications desirable but not mandatory:
CCNA
CCNP
CCVP
IP Telephony Design Specialist
IP Contact Center Express Specialist
