First of all, don't beat yourself up. Getting fired can happen to the best of us. Focus on what you are going to do next and how you are going to find another job. Keeping in mind the stigma of being fired inst a positive issue to your job search.
BE POSITIVE
Job search correspondence must be positive, you dont have to mention that you were fired in your resume or in your cover letters, focus on the basics. Make sure you are a candidate for the position you are applying for and why, and how, you are qualified for it.
FILLING APPLICATIONS
When filling job applications, just dont be: negative, be honest and don't lie!!!!!pleaseeee!!!! because it will come back to haunt you. If you are specifically asked if you were fired, you need to answer yes. Lying on a job application is grounds for dismissal and could cost you future unemployment benefits.
GET PREPARE FOR THE QUESTION ¿ WHY DID YOU LEAVE YOUR LAST JOB?
Here's where being fired is going to matter most. Some people recommends volunteering express that you were fired even before the question is asked, and then moving on, but answer the question keep it brief and keep it honest, a good suggestion is telling the interviewer you learned a lesson and explain how you benefited from the experience. Take the negative and turn it into a positive.
ANSWER QUESTIONS INFRONT OF THE MIRROR
Take some time to prepare answers to questions about being fired so you know exactly how you are going to answer. Respond confidently and without hesitation. The more you say it, the less painful it will be. And REMEMBER: DONT LIE! Most companies check references and check background information, if you lie you will be caught.
HATED YOUR BOSS?
Do not insult your former boss or your former employer. No employer likes to wonder if you will talking about them that way in the future.
