Googling helps destroy the environment

While millions of people tap into Google without considering the environment, a typical search generates about 7g of CO2 Boiling a kettle generates about 15g. “Google operates huge data centres around the world that consume a great deal of power. A Google search has a definite environmental impact.

Steve - thank you for this wonderful idea. Since we are HEADED FOR AN ICEAGE it is good to keep in mind some of the ways we can all bump a little extra CO2 into the ozone. The longer we can stall this IceAge the better - so everyone please do your part. Even if you already know what you're looking for - run a quick Google just to make sure. We all need to do our part for the environment!

Something that needs to go on the record about me: I only shoot what my family will eat. The last Polar Bear I shot didn't go over too well at the dinner table. (A bit greasy.....) so it just took up room in the freezer. Never again!
