I am hoping you would be interested in contributing your insights to my research (as a culminating research project for my graduate degree from University of La Verne) on Hiring Managers/Recruiters using social networking sites to screen prospective candidates.
The purpose of this study is to gain a better understanding of how social networking sites are being used by employers and recruiters in making hiring decisions as well as what policies, procedures and best practices are being developed in response to this growing trend.
