In the recruiting industry, when recruiters go after and are successful in gaining a recruit for a client, how are the decisions made as to which "on the ground" relocation services/realtor to use?
My client, as a Realtor (R), has many years experience in providing what I consider to be an amazing amount of services to the transferee. He is working with major hospitals and companies in Oil and Gas Industry. My firm is relatively new to this industry, and I am seeking your input.
What, in your opinion, is the best way YOU, as a recruiter would like to hear about such a company. His market is the Houston area, and he is highly experienced in Med Center, River Oaks, Memorial, Bellaire, Sugarland areas.
Do you like direct mail?
Would you like to arrange for a face to face meeting, so you can learn to understand a provider's services and personality?
Would you like continuous industry and geographical/economic/availabilities (homes) updates?
