Account Managers

Position requires well-honed selling and negotiation abilities, a documented track-record of superior sales results in whatever industry you have previously “conquered”, astute business communications abilities, and a "driven-to-succeed" personality.

Specific Duties Include:

Build and maintain business partnerships focusing on thorough knowledge of customer business, industry and corporate culture.
Utilize a variety of resources including: searching job boards on Internet, networking within the community, prospecting, cold-calling and head-hunting to generate job leads and build an extensive candidate pool.
Engage in inside/outside sales activity to develop new accounts and further penetrate existing accounts
Collaborate with other account managers, recruiters and sales reps in order to further client relationships, increase orders and gain new candidates.
Ownership of full cycle recruitment process from sourcing, screening, reference checking, behavioral based interviewing, candidate presentation, interview preparation and review to finalization of employment offers, and negotiation of placement fee agreements.


Proven track record in building a book of business while simultaneously generating a pipeline of qualified candidates
Ability to interface with all levels of an organization
Strong phone & closing skills
Emerging Technology experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction resulting in client/candidate referrals.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet

Average Account Managers can earn between 70,000 and 150,000 annually.



Ongoing business development and account management
Execute all recruitment functions including sourcing, interviewing, referencing and placing top talent within the emerging technology sectors.
Network and build strong relationships with clients and candidates
Act as coach and career management specialist for all candidates
Perform quality checks at assigned clients and follow up as necessary.


Solid commitment to customer service.
Strong problem solving skills with an ability to focus quickly on key issues
3 years plus experience within the IT Recruitment Industry or equivalent
Broad based knowledge of online marketing and social media
University degree preferred

About the compensation structure:
To be flexible we offer a few different pay structures:
Salary + commission, Draw vs. Commission and straight commission our commission structure percent ranges from 25% - 70% based on collected billings and dependant on the structure you choose.

Inside / Outside Sales and Marketing Reps

B2B sales experience
Cold Calling
Fast Learner with a competitive spirit
Good business acumen
Strategic and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication skills
The ability to close over the phone and in person
A professional appearance and the desire to succeed
Undeniable energy and enthusiasm
Increase sales within new and existing client base through proactive activities such as client visits, trade shows and event planning.

Must have:

Minimum two years’ experience in inside sales or outside sales and/or telemarketing in a fast paced environment.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong sense of urgency and responsibility
Experience in setting priorities and scheduling daily activities

Nice to have:

Experience in interviewing and hiring.
Proven track record evidenced by increased responsibility and promotions.
Contacts in local business community.
Knowledge or Emerging Technologies, Community building using social networks or any previous IT related experience.
