Job Function:

Responsible for core market sustainment and new business growth
New market strategies
Maintenance and development of customer
Information exchange and market intelligence
Development of campaigns, long range forcasting, and annual business opportunity plans
Partnering with new business pursuits and responsible for new business opportunity qualification
Competitive positioning and coordination in the execution of the capture process.
Developing strategies and responses to Request for Information (RFI) and Expression of Interest (EOI)

Job Requirement:
All responsibilities in conjunction with full lifecycle business development, working with federal agencies, usaid and UN opportunities. The work is AID in the area of construction, operations management in multiple third world areas.
