If A Smile Is Contagious A Lot of Smiles Can Be Infectious–Tim Spagnola You’re Putting Smiles on...

 Tim,

Thanks for taking an ACTIVE interest in RBC members and our posts--regardless of subject, group, time of day...or night.  You, your comments, appear to be showing up all over the place like an infectious and contagious SMILE…even stirring up activity in places where no one goes much less smiles (I ought to know).

It is just me saying thanks, but I know your efforts, in contributing and working to take RBC to the next level, are noticed and appreciated.   Keep it up because RBC is growing--and if more follow your lead, quite possibly many in the silent majority in RBC may come out of the quiet and have something to say, share, or even bitch-about.

Yes, there are those too busy to get involved; or are simply not moved by the subject matter.  To them I say, get over yourself and make time by pitching in.  Share your hard earned knowledge; insights; jibber jabber; reality checks, and stories of victory and dafeet (Tim likes that kind of humor)—all that may benefit another RBC member.  If your gravestone doesn’t say:  "I gave my best stuff to RBC before I kicked the bucket"...or something along those lines—you missed an opportunity to make an important difference.  Maybe, a life changing difference for another recruiter.

Tim,

While it often goes without saying, as they say--it had to be said...is what I say.

Now I have to uncross my eyes.

...don't even mention it, the "Thank you" part, because it goes without saying (a rule I agree to disagree with).
