Boy that really is a tough question. I have had actually three professions in my life, since i was 18. The first was the military, I spent 10 years with 4 of them being an Army Recruiter. I loved recruiting and much of what i did then is the same as i do now. Of course i only worked one side of the equation. However, it a person was qualified i did not have to worry about the employer accepting them. Still had to worry about fall offs and could only rest easy after we "kissed them and shipped them".
I then spent the next 25 years in IT and IT management (long story). I became tired of the same old, same old sooo...Now i have been a recruiter for 5 years.
Would not change a day of it.
