What motivates me and makes me a smart Recruiter is that I consider it an honor to be a catalyst, facilitating the meeting of people who need each other, so that they can move forward together to accomplish their personal, professional and financial goals.

I am sincerely curious about people and they love that attention. I really do want to know who they are deeply and I give them the time and space to reveal themselves to me. This enables me to make strong matches. It creates trust and enables candidates and clients to absorb the employment intelligence I have to offer, gathered over my 10 years experience as an agency and corporate Recruiter.

I find it smart to spend as much time as is necessary to coach candidates before their interviews, not only how to phrase answers positively and how to spin seemingly negative info into positive answers, but reinforcing to them that they deserve the opportunity. Since I've begun intensive interview coaching, I've received offers on all but one of my send-outs.

From the time I begin work with a candidate I am soothing, bolstering, and promoting their self belief and self esteem. I make sure they know that they are one of a kind, the only person who can bring their unique talents, experience and education to the client. It's a service of love and caring, and has made me the top revenue producer in our office this year.
