The cycle of ; 'Candidate - Interview - Offer - Joiner' will still get complicated and we need more and more man power and physical energy to coordinate.Now, with social media reference, mobile apps changing the entire gamut of recruitment - does that mean we have things done at easy cost? GEN Y's Conviction

Gen Y wants Insta updates, status and waiting time is 0.1Sec or even lesser. Here 'time' is a double edged sword where one end - you will get results faster and other side, you may tend to close it without detailed explanation. 

They need to slow down and look at the possible opportunities rather than fast closure. In Recruitment, listening as a competency needs highest attention. Market Analysis and interpretations play a huge role in fulfilling the organization's objective.

Some of the tips, that can help Gen Y to really look at more focused approach.

a) Look for a Detailed View : Important to have a holistic view on the scenario. Before Committing for a decision, it should be a well thought one.

b) Use Experience : Experience is the best teacher of all times. It should be either within or can be from a reference colleague. Utilizing the experience and looking at improving the process will be always a icing on the performance.

c) Empathize and Recognize the work : Functions like Recruitment, will have huge stake holder involvement, Empathizing with one's work and Recognizing them at right places will have the team motivated.

d) Be Responsible : When you take responsibility of what you are doing and knowing what you really are doing, half of the stress and pressure is wiped off!

e) Customer Focus & Process  : Here its candidates and client, remember process and policies are built to enable better customer focus. If the process and policies are to be followed, no second thoughts
