IT companies in Germany build up a community to recommend applicants ITsax.de

We have just launched a new community on HR recruiters and CEOs of 17 IT companies in Saxony, Germany who recommend their applicants among each other. How? They recommend the good ones, who cannot be hired due to several reasons, to the other members of the communities. The recommendation is done by a reference code that is given to the denied applicants by the recommending organization. After that the applicant can go to the community-exclusive portal (ITsax.de) and apply again by entering the reference code. After releasing an application an Email is sent to the organization the applicant has applied for, including the reference code. Hence, the recruitier of the applied organization sees immediately, that this candidate is a recommended one. You can think what happens, when the recruiter know each other very well. One success factor is the managed community by guidelines and rules that are obligatory for all members.

Wonder if such communities exist in other countries?
Look at www.ITsax.de. It is organized by the community experts pludoni.de.
