Hey there fellow Head Hunters. My wife and I are looking to relo to NYC. 

I have 15 month experience as a recruiter (7 months in Executive Recruiting in Financial & 8 Months in IT Recruiting). I have 9 yrs professional sales experience (in Real Estate and B2B in marketing). I'd like to stay in IT since I'm good at it, but will consider other verticals. 

My wife is an all around bad ass in the compliance realm. She has been promoted year after year and is about to be promoted again.

The reason we want to move to NYC is because we are both 31 and looking for the next exciting adventure in our lives.

We need your help to place my wife at a firm where she can really shine and I need help finding the best recruiting firm & vertical in Manhattan.

We don't have the slightest idea what the average compensation is for our profession in NYC and need advice making the right choices when choosing an employer to work for. 

We can both interview in the city with short notice and don't need any help to relo (although I won't turn it down if offered).
