It's been a while since I've asked for help - Recruiting Forms please

Not a day goes by that I don't get an email or two letting me know someone appreciated the forms available in the Recruiting Library.  It's a project well worth my time and effort - to give back to the community.

I need your help.  I have all kinds of requests for various forms/letters, etc. that are just not in my day to day business.  Got an email last night asking if I had an "Exclusive Contingency" agreement.  I don't.  But one of you guys has one!

Would you PLEASE give a little bit?  Give a little bit of your forms to me?  ( Lame Supertramp reference.....)

My email is jerry@profsearchgroup.com

I will NOT associate your name or company or any other info with the shared form.  This is just a place for anyone looking for the stuff we use to grab a quick copy and make it their own.

Please?

A good old fashioned "bump" for visibility. :)

Jerry, my letter-style agreement doesn't include exclusivity language but that seems like it would be fairly simple to add. Something like "Parties agree that for the duration of this agreement [or project], Agency will be granted exclusivity with regard to all candidate sourcing and submittals, including full vetting of, and credit for, candidates sourced by Client or other entities."

Others may be able to polish this wording up further. The last part comes from personal experience, where a client of ours agreed to put all candidates through our vetting/prep/scheduling process (and pay the regular fee) even if they found them on their own. Unfortunately I don't have a copy of that agreement as I was pulled in on a collaboration with a long-time trading partner (more of a handshake deal-- which will draw gasps and tut-tutting from some but that's what trade relationships are for, IMO).
