There were several Job Fairs in New York City today. I thought back to last Job Fair I attended. I spoke to, shock hands with, and smiled at over 150 people. I made sure to give each applicant my undivided attention and answered all their questions. I am glad to report that I was able to hire 8 of then. How many Recruiters and/or Job Seekers found the whole job fair experience rewarding?
