The Job Matchers, Inc. began after leaving my 22 year career in Human Resource. In November of 2006 the staffing firm was born with the idea of the job board waiting to be born. The mission of The Job Matchers and TheJobMatchers.com is to fulfill the needs of my employees, clients and candidates. We want to provide them with the personal service and low cost service that is needed so desperately needed now.
On the staffing side, I will always bring them top quality candidates to fill their needs. I only work with customers with whom I would work for and would never send a candidate to a client that I would not hire myself. I think this way of thinking is essential. I want to exceed the expectations of our clients and employees. I want to promote the less fortunate and less experienced employees to provide them with the tools and the resources I have to better their careers. We promise to be dedicated to our employees, clients and candidates. We hope to fulfill the dreams of both the clients, candidates and help grow and motivate the careers of our employees. Our basic goal is to be committed to the care and improvement through corporate world to better human life. We recognize the unique worth of every individual who needs to be placed with one of our outstanding clients. We act with absolute honesty, integrity and fairness. My company is all about truth and honesty. We want to enrich the lives of our employees.
On the job board side, the website is stimulating and easy to navigate. I wanted to create a place where a client could place an ad with ease and for the candidates to be able to search for exactly what positions they wanted. Searching for a job can be very overwhelming and going through a site that brings up hundred’s of jobs that you are not qualified for is very frustrating. TheJobMatchers.com will eliminate the frustration for you.
The ultimate rolls of The Job Matchers and TheJobMatchers.com is to provide quality service to all.
Your journey with The Job Matchers and TheJobMatchers.com will exceed your expectations.
