Im doing a report for my boss that would explain the job status to applicants applying to a job online and I need some advice.

Here is what I have so far
* Just opened
* Currently interviewing
* Offer extended
* Closed

I feel there should be at least 2-3 more fields here, but I drawing a blank. Any help would be great.
