We are currently seeking an articulate, energetic, highly motivated French speaking Junior Recruitment
Consultant to provide support with the recruitment needs of our client, a world energy expert who offer its customers technological solutions for highly reliable nuclear power generation and electricity transmission and distribution, for short but regular missions in third world countries.

Responsibilities:
Develop an understanding of the client's requirements.
Take control of Permanent Recruitment Projects.
Reviewing applications, managing interviews and considering candidates and shortlists.
Competency based recruitment and preparation of reports.
Assess candidates' skills through face to face interviews, tests and background checks, then make recommendations to the client.


Requirements:
HR studies and/or HR or Recruitment experience.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Available to travel.
Vision and strategic thinking.
Willing to learn very quickly and prepared to take on new projects and challenges.
Fluent in English and French a must.
