Some advice for the job seeker. Try updating your resume the resume you posted to the job board 2 years ago is not an accurate reflection of who you are now. I have been recruiting for a number of years and it still amazes me how many resumes are not up to date. Either you have the same objective on your resume when you applied to the  position you currently have or you have left many important and relevant items from your resume.

Hunting for a new career or job is a job in itself. When I see a resume that is old, outdated and does not speak to the position you are applying for I wonder what other hiring individuals are thinking when they see the same resume. Take the time to keep you resume updated and never take offense when a recruiter starts to ask specifics about your resume that means they are interested in you.
