There are some essential skills, traits and qualities that recruiters must possess in order to be successful in their role. Qualified and Experienced: The recruiter should possess adequate experience, education and training to be able to handle the entire process of recruitment independently. The recruiter should be competent enough to administer screening tests and psychological profiling if the position demands.
