There are days when I love my job as a Talent Management Pro. 

There are days when I want to end my own life by throwing myself into a cage full of wild animals, ideally gorillas who are under the influence of amphetamines, and let them rend my body limb from limb. 

It's things like this that make me feel this way: 

Today I interviewed a person. I asked them: "So, why do you want to work for us" 

The spectacular reply: "You are game-changing, unique, exciting, new, cutting-edge, out of the box and experimental"

Holding back tears, I asked him to justify this answer and he seemed surprised. Whilst I am proud of the company I work for, this just made me want to empty the contents of my stomach all over my desk. 

The interview ended soon afterwards.
