As a recruiter and graduate student, I had a number of questions on the state of recruiting (filling jobs) within the Healthcare industry. These questions were condensed to focus on just what leadership behaviors are experienced and preferred by employees interviewing and filling certain jobs and roles within hospital, medical, physician, or healthcare organizations. In addition to my own experience, I am reaching out to collect feedback and a better understanding of healthcare recruitment efforts and the leadership behaviors that guide them.
