Liposuctioning unwanted blubber out of pampered Los Angelenos may not seem like a dream job, but it has its perks. Free fuel is one of them.

You know all those resumes in your possession (whether electronic or otherwise)? Are you really taking advantage of them in your recruiting efforts?

Have you converted them from ATS fodder to CRM fuel?

Are you sending all of them regular newsletters about the sectors in which you practice?

Have you even done a merge/purge on them or are they simply taking up space?

Do you let them know about all your openings when you receive them and ask them to become your extended eyes and ears?

I simply don't know why recruiters brag about the size of their resume databases when they aren't doing anything with them...well, I do but this is a family website and community.
