We are in a time that every dollar spent needs to be spent well. Many recruiters have had to cut costs by losing staff and having to do the legwork themselves. What if there was an option to take the legwork away and have someone else do it for a fraction of the cost that it usually would.
Outsourcing may be a scary word that sounds like it can be used only for big business. The option of outsourcing that I offer is different. I am talking about minimal training and management with maximum results.
I myself have been recruiting from the Philippines for the construction market on the east coast. My colleagues have been working on different markets all over the US and have also have had a reasonable amount of success.
