This person will be involved in the search and evaluation of the highest skilled and hardest working people in America in a variety of trades. The star will be the "Jerry Maguire", "Gordon Ramsay" or "Ty Pennington" of the Headhunting/Recruiting field and the show will have a positive tone with a prize or reward at the end. We are looking for someone who appears to be in their 30's (or early 40's). They should be debonaire, charismatic, have passion and be excellent at what they do!
