This is why you should schedule time for certain work, so that no one can make an appointment during that time. This will ensure that you get to all your work, and still has enough time to see clients and to get to your other appointments.
Communicate with your client
People that are using the appointment software tend to forget to talk to their clients and making sure that they are still going to be able to make the appointment. If you have a personal assistant or a secretary, you can let them call your appointments ahead of time and make sure that the clients are still going to make the appointment. Then, you will not need to waste time in waiting for someone that forgot to let you know that they can’t make the appointment anymore.
There are many tips that you can remember, that will make it easier for you to use the appointment scheduler and to be able to still keep your other work on time as well. People sometimes rely too much just on the software, and forget to make sure that the client is still going to be on time for the appointment.
