We have two Manugistics Functional reqs. in NH.


1. Manugistics Demand Planning Functional Consultant:

Should have done at least 2-3 Demand planning Implementations being involved in Demand Planning Business process change(version 7x). Retail industry is a preference.
Should be able to configure Demand planning along with advising on Setting up parameters for different algorithms involved and also recommend suitable algorithm for statistical forecasting.
Should be able to advise on setting up DFU hierarchies and then mapping the different Demand planning Out of box processes to the To be Demand planning process.
Should have experience in Demand planning Upgrade and understand the nuances of an upgrade (current requirement is from Version 7.1 to 7.5)
Should be able to carve out an AS-IS Demand planning Business process document after studying the current demand planning environment.
Should be able drive the creation of Functional Specs based on the BRS provided by the client. Should also be in a position to advice client of any requirements stated in the BRS that are not feasible and drive changes towards a solution.
Should be able to come up with a TO – BE Demand planning Business process document along with the architecture of the new process.
Should be able to drive Working sessions with Demand planners(across three regions US , AP and EU).
Should be able to co-ordinate with the Technical team to provide design / functional inputs enabling them to come up with a Technical Design document.
10. Should be able to come up with a Gap Analysis between the Manugistics versions functionality



2. Manugistics Collaborate Functional Consultant:

1. Should have done at least 2-3 Collaborate Implementations (version 7x). Retail industry is a preference.

2. Should be able to configure Collaborate with Demand Planning and Monitor.

3. Should be able to set up different enterprises and partnerships so that different entities can work collaboratively on a single application.

4. Should be able to design user views to be used in Worksheets along with advising optimal filters for the same.

5. Should be able to suggest maintenance of multiple versions of forecast and then publishing the final version.

6. Should be able to carve out an AS-IS Collaborate Business process document after studying the current Collaborate environment.

7. Should be able drive the creation of Functional Specs based on the BRS provided by the client. Should also be in a position to advice client of any requirements stated in the BRS that are not feasible and drive changes towards a solution.

8. Should be able to come up with a TO – BE Collaborate Business process document along with the architecture of the new process.

9. Should be able to drive Working sessions with Collaborate users and Demand planners (across three regions US, AP and EU).

10. Should be able to co-ordinate with the Technical team to provide design / functional inputs enabling them to come up with a Technical Design document.
