I thought CRM was particularly interesting. If used right you have a powerful tool to put a personal touch on marketing to your consumers. Our CRM partner was talking about one client that tags all of their top prospects with a New Year's tag so they can easily send out a happy New Year's message--personal, yet with the click of a button.
