Medical Staffing and Recruiting in 2010

Well, its true and the "Cat is out of the hat" The medical field is surging and fast becoming the place to go and find a job. The medical field within nursing staffing, radiology staffing, nursing recruiting, radiology recruiting, LVN recruiting, PT recruiting and physician recruiting is starting to pick up speed.

Why? Well, There are many factors but one in particular stand out for me; the medical field from my experience has always had what I call "Inverse Relationship To The Economy"

What does that mean? It means that when the US economy is in a slump, you will find that many flock to the medical field in search for jobs.

But, unlike other type of jobs in the US workforce, there is a catch in the medical field. If you want to be a Radiology tech or a nursing manager or a MRI technologist or a RN working in ICU, well, you will need to have a license to work in these fields. The challenge is going back to school and earning your license. This process may take between 3 to 5 years depending on what you are after.

The big picture is that although many jobs exist in the medical field, well, you will have to have a license.

What does that mean to recruiters, it means that this inverse relationship is causing many to retrain and enter the medical field. We will begin to see a huge influx of eager minds becoming nurses and such, so today is a great time to begin your recruiting business and begin to plant seeds. Those seeds will grow as you grow your business and brand your name. That branding will flourish as time passes and more and more recruits enter the workforce.

In other words, today is a great time to get into the recruiting business. If you needs more help on recruiting check out this link below.
