I have to brag - I can't help it...  My search, recruiting and staffing firm was tired of every Tom, Dick and Harry applying to our job postings - it was just too easy!  We'd get hundreds of unqualified candidates responding to postings they hadn't even read!  We decided to change the game and it works!  Now, if a candidate wants to reply to our postings, they have to make an effort!  We added TalentRooster.com technology to our postings, which will require all candidates to answer questions (in a video) specific to the job!
