My company is looking for recommendations on a global applicant tracking system

We are a global higher education company headquartered in Baltimore, MD. Most of our HR professionals reside in Baltimore but we currently have openings all over the globe. Do any HR professionals have recommendations on a Global Applicant tracking system that they have used? Any sales professionals who email or call off of this blog will be ignored.

Thank You

Hey Christian,

I would highly recommend Newton Software. I've used a few different applicant tracking systems and Newton is by far the best:

1. It is incredibly intuitive - no fuss and extraneous confusing features - it is made to simplify the hiring process and it it does so efficiently.

2. It is all online - no installation hassle or problems with access - you can log in from wherever you are to view/announce jobs, review resumes, track applicants, and make decisions.

3. Analytics are great- they actually just released a new analytics suite that lets you zoom in on exactly what is working and what isn't. I'm still trying this out and can see it should make big difference.

Hope this helps!

We are currently using Step Stone, which could be a good option for you. It is has a lot of options to customize for your different audiences. It was originally created in Europe and is heavily used by large companies there. They are just starting to get into the US market, with my company being one of their first. The system has a lot of functionality that I haven't seen in other ATS before. It is definitely worth checking out.

I have worked for numerous companies in the US and UK. Many of them use Meltwater Talent and they love it. As a consultant, we worked with the Meltwater Talent system in different companies and prefer it to others on the market. The Rep I spoke with at Meltwater told me they do have UK and US operations.
