Several years ago, Recruiters Connection came on the scene.  I decided that for a few dollars ($199.00) I would invest in an ad which ended up giving me a lead position.  I renewed last year and kept my top position.  About a month ago, I received a call from a prominent health system in Maryland.  They found me on Recruiters Connection.  One thing led to another and we had a face 2 face meeting and signed a contract.  I am now working on four openings that they have asked me to fill. I spend a fair amount of money on marketing, conferences, etc.  Recruiters Connection has been my best investment to date.
