New concept (?) - No Cure No Pay Job Board

I've been recruiting non-Dutch speakers for jobs in The Netherlands since May '08. February 2nd, our new site went live, offering more advanced and automated features. I am now able to offer my clients a no cure no pay job board model, next to a classic agency model. So what does this mean?

Candidates and recruiters can sign up themselves and define their profile/job posting. Included is a broad set of match criteria to automatically match candidates with jobs. Furthermore people can search ad-hoc, or define job search agents or candidate search agents. So far not unlike all other job boards out there.

Additionaly, anonymous candidate profiles are published on the site automatically after registering. This will make it very easy for job seekers to be found by interested employers. The catch is, if an employer/recruiter would like to get in touch with a candidate after a match, they'll have to notify me and I will release contact details. My backoffice application then enables me to keep track of the application, thus enabling me to offer this service on a no cure no pay basis.

Apart from that customers can still choose for traditional agency (search & selection) services after which I will do a thorough pre-screening personally and introduce candidates (pro)actively. It's my personal involvement in the job board and as an agent, which makes it possible to offer both models next to each other. The automated job board functions and tools like online video interviewing make me go through the first stages of pre screening much quicker and more efficiently (my own job board does some of the work for me) which also enables me to offer a lower fee for the traditional method.

I'm curious about the thoughts and comments form colleagues in the field. Do you think this will work? Ever heard about other no cure no pay job boards? Thanks!

Regards,

Niels Jordens
