PERSOL Kelly Adopts Bullhorn and Astute Payroll to Drive Growth across Australia and New Zealand

7 November 2017, Sydney – Bullhorn and Astute Payroll today announce their largest ever customer win in ANZ. PERSOL Kelly, the joint venture between Kelly Services and The PERSOL Group, will roll out the world’s leading recruitment CRM and workforce management system to improve the productivity of 300 recruiters and ensure the efficient management of Kelly’s large workforce across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).

The PERSOL Group, a Japan-based holding company, and Kelly Services, a US-based staffing firm, launched PERSOL Kelly to become the region’s leading comprehensive staffing services and HR solutions company. To ensure the delivery of this goal, PERSOL Kelly chose to partner with Bullhorn and Astute Payroll.

Bullhorn’s single, extensible, cloud-based platform for the entire APAC region gives PERSOL Kelly the ability to recruit across all borders, leverage relationships with key candidates and clients, and establish a true competitive edge. Furthermore, Bullhorn’s CRM offers the company a more recruitment-relevant, flexible, and cost-effective solution than its current provider; it can be easily configured and scaled to accommodate business growth.

Astute Payroll’s cloud-based platform allows PERSOL Kelly to drive employee engagement and automate complex processes across onboarding, time management, interpretation, payroll, and billing. Leveraging off a single platform, Astute will ensure Kelly’s adherence to legislative requirements throughout ANZ.

“PERSOL Kelly has committed to an exciting expansion plan in the region,” said Takayuki Yamazaki, CEO of PERSOL Kelly. “To achieve our growth goals and manage our various recruitment needs, we need nothing less than highly reliable and flexible support. We know that partnering with Bullhorn and Astute Payroll is the right solution to help us establish and maintain the strong market position we aspire to.”

“Asia Pacific is of huge strategic importance to us,” said Peter Linas, executive vice president of corporate development and international at Bullhorn. “Our deal with PERSOL Kelly signifies the tremendous growth of Bullhorn’s APAC operations since we launched our Sydney office in 2013. We are very happy to be partnering once again with the team at Astute, and we look forward to continuing to build on this momentum and our ability to bring value to our customer base in the region.”
