My name is Michael Creighton, I am a Realtor with Fathom Realty. I was introduced to this blog by Rob Clarke with Medicus Partners. I would like to tell you a little bit about the services I provide to recruiters. I have a team of Realtors known as the Creighton Group and we are currently working with four different physician recruiting companies (Medicus Partners, Medstaff, EmCare, and Northstar Anesthesia). The services we provide give your clients the best possible information available. After you inform us of a potential client coming to town, we contact them, either by phone or email and find out what is most important for them in the new city they might be moving to. We then set them up on real time automated searches into the MLS(multiple listing service), and send them information that is important to them, ie…school rating for the school district they would be living in, tax information for any given city, community information..etc. When they arrive here, we schedule a community tour to show them around. The community tour is whatever the client wants. It may be as short as just a tour of some homes they are interested in or a full day of showing them the city and all that it offers. On a recent tour, I picked a couple up at their hotel, went to an early lunch in Victory Park, showed them seven homes in the Frisco/Plano area, then drove by the Rangers ballpark and the new Cowboy stadium construction, then to Southlake/Keller/Colleyville and showed twelve homes then ate dinner at the town square area in Southlake. All in all it was an eight hour day, but the client had a very good grasp on what this area had to offer.
Another thing we provide is a nationwide network of Realtors I have built relationships with that can take care of your clients no matter where they are going. They will receive the same service as if they were here in Dallas. If I don’t have a Realtor in a specific area, I can find a top producer, who I personally interview, to take care of your client.
