After years as a HR consultant specializing in recruitment and training, i had an opportunity to work with 100's of staffing company clients. Over the years hiring candidates, testing, screening and creating documentation (RFP, RFIQ etc.), I noticed not much was being done when it came to better preparing candidates. Regardless of the reputation or size of the staffing company, i received many ill-prepared candidates come my way. Unfortunately the candidates did have the skills but could not sell themselves on paper or in-person.
After realizing the need to help staffing companies better prepare candidates, I set-off with a partner to ask staffing companies if the service would be valuable. After many sit down sessions and attending conferences (ASA, ERE) we realized that candidate job preparation was lacking in this industry.
We set-out to create a candidate job preparation software for the staffing and recruitment industry as a value added product that can be branded and instantly set-up for candidates via a company website.
Since launching v2 in January we are gaining interest throughout Canada, USA, Europe, Australia and NZ.

How important are your biggest assets...your candidates? When asking candidates over the years if they would rather receive swag (cups, pens etc) from staffing companies or self improvement training? An overwhelming majority choose training.
