Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for advising region manager, division managers, and other personnel on employee relations, manpower planning/recruiting, training and development, compensation, and succession planning; Monitor and review safety and health systems ; Monitor the operation of human resource needs to provide quality and quantity of employees necessary to fill all established jobs and positions ; Assist in identifying and training and development needs and arrange for delivery of the necessary training ; Act as liaison with OSHA inspections and correspondence; Maintain required files and records (EEO) pertaining to the divisions.

HR/Industrial Relations Manager, (Western, KY) - Domestic and International leader in extruded and aluminum products is looking for an experienced HR/Labor Relations Manager to lead, coordinate, administer, evaluate, provide daily support and manage all human resources functions, policies, programs and practices within the facility while adhering to all policies and guidelines pertinent government regulations and the current Labor Agreement.
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and nurture constructive working relations with the Union.; Supervise, develop and lead a skilled Human Resources team with providing overall HR leadership and guidance for approximately 900 employees in the areas of recruitment, retention, benefits, pay, safety, security, training, EEOC, worker's compensation, unemployment, relocation and medical programs. ; Collaborate, consult and support internal and external legal counsel in matters of company litigation, arbitration, negotiation, and compliance. ; Collaborate with Corporate Human Resources Team on issues related to HRIS, recruitment, employment, payroll, records, administration, performance management, etc. Collaborate and consult with other site HR Managers on issues of common interest and concern.; Identify, evaluate and resolve human relation and work performance problems, providing functional guidance, counseling and coaching to all management. ; Evaluate human relations climate and meet with General Manager, Kentucky Operations and other management employees to determine effective remediation techniques or discipline required to resolve issues adversely affecting morale and/or productivity. ; Review, design, interpret, administer and make recommendations to General Manager, Kentucky Operations for any improvements to HR policies, procedures and practices. ; Effectively communicate appropriate changes to all employees and ensure compliance. ; Recommend, evaluate and manage staff development programs, including the performance appraisal system. ; Serve as consultant to General Manger, Kentucky Operations on matters of security, training and development, labor climate, existing systems, the Labor Agreement and employment, safety and security regulations. ; Maintain knowledge of HRIS systems and provide necessary monthly reports.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Business or HR Management, OR 7-10 years of experiences as a supervisor or manager in public or private human resources experience required ; PHR/ SPHR certification desirable ; Previous experience in a union manufacturing industry is preferred. ; Extensive knowledge of all labor laws and federal and state laws relating to employment and the full spectrum of HR concepts, practices and procedures required. Must have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. ; Must be able to manage complexity, provide sound leadership and have strong decision making, analytical thinking and influencing skills.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGER – (LEX, KY) Direct Hire - Long-term care facility experiencing extensive growth over the last few years has decided to hire an Accounts Receivable Manager to help them with the new expansions and staff additions. Company is located in Lexington area.
Duties & Responsibilities: Directly supervises multiple Billing Specialists and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the facility policies, practices, procedures, and applicable laws; Management responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; Manages assigned Billing Specialists to minimize Days Sales Outstanding and write offs of uncollectible accounts; Prepares reports to document non-compliance with company policies, including but not limited to Admissions, Delinquent Accounts, and Resident Funds; Prepares monthly reconciliation of the Accounts Receivable Aging and the General Ledger; Prepares additional reports to assist with the preparation of the annual cost report and the annual report; Assists with all audits, including but not limited to the following: audits of Medicaid cost reports, annual financial audits, Accounts Receivable audits conducted by the companies Line of Credit provider; Regularly develops and updates department procedure manuals and makes recommendations for updates to company policy; Carries out all duties in compliance with federal, state, local laws and regulations, and with Facility philosophy, policies and procedures.
Qualifications: Must have 5+ years experience with accounting in long-term care industry including solid Accounts Receivable experience; Must have 3+ years proven experience managing billing specialists in long-term care industry; Prefer Bachelors degree in Accounting; Candidate must have excellent communication experience.
Salary range: $60-$80k+
