Sanjeev, you nailed it very accurately. I fully agree with what you are saying and coincidentally this has been my experience as well. Recruitment is a challenging job - especially since the goal is to NOT just bring someone but the "right person" - with the right attitude, ethic and culture fit. Industry agree (along with hiring managers) that employee referrals are very effective, since good people are pulled in, especially like minded individuals. Check out www.Antezen.com - a professional networking site which connects like-minded individuals (truly!!!). This site avoids keyword searches like most other job sites do. And jobs find you!!!
