Hey guys!! Thanks for checking out my page. My name is Tom and I currently work for an IT staffing firm as a technical recruiter. Back in December I started a blog on some of the day to day challenges or experiences I encountered through my job. After going strong for over a month I can say that I have really enjoyed blogging so far. When I first got going I emailed my blog to my 1st Degree LinkedIn connections and it was suggested to me that I bring my blog to RecruitingBlogs.com.

Which brings me here.

I have just created my own page and added some person information. I have also updated my RSS feed to my blog so that my entries will be viewable off this site. I encourage you to read over some of my posts. Please leave any comments both about the material or the overall set up of the blog. I am still new to this experience and am open to your feedback.
