Recruiting Manager Position open/fulltime perm- Los Angeles, Encino, CA RETAIL BANKING INDUSTRY

Basic Qualifications:







Bachelor’s degree
Five to seven years Human Resource experience
Previous employee management experience
Strong understanding of recruiting functions
Ability to identify marketing strategy
Federal employment standards
Demonstrated ability to take charge and get results
Ability to communicate with all levels of employees, verbally and in writing
Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and priorities
PC skills, with working knowledge of PeopleSoft HR Information Systems
Bilingual in both Spanish and English is prefered
