I am wondering if anyone can share their experiences and costs for different software solutions for recruiters. I just left an agency that was on Bullhorn and am wondering what other options are out there. Thanks!I'm interested in something that will sync with my blackberry.

Hello Laura. I work at an applicant tracking software called Big Biller. We are working with over 2,400 recruiters and our niche is the smaller to medium sized recruiting firms. Our pricing is $60 a month for the first user and $20 for each additional. If you would like to schedule a demonstration of Big Biller just visit us online at www.bigbiller.com.

Many Applicant Tracking Systems are available.  Many have similar feature sets and some have important differences in capabilities, pricing, and ease-of-use.

A great way to narrow down the choices is to: 1) determine your needs, 2) research products and match them to your needs and 3) to get a free trial of the product.

A few ATS products such as ApplicantStack offer a free 30-day trial, http://www.applicantstack.com/tryit.  This is a great, low risk way to learn about the capabilities and usability of a product.  If you like it, it is easy to sign-up for a low monthly subscription.  If you don't like it, you've learned a lot about what you like and don't like and you will be better prepared in your decision-making.
