Facebook Demographics Revisited - 2011 Statistics by Ken Burbary (@kenburbary)

Some great data and charts on Facebook user demographics.  Definitely worth a look to check out.

Simple but effective article on what you should be doing on social media.  Great for those looking to jump into social recruiting.
