Awesome post on what you need to think about when developing the metrics you use to measure your HR practices. I really like the last bullet on real-time metrics.

Candidate Experience is not about pleasing everyone by Claudia Faust (@claudiafaust)

Nice post on candidate experience and how you need to put a plan in place for your interactions with candidates.

Should you be using Facebook for Recruiting by Lance Haun (@thelance (@TLNT_com)

A nice comprehensive look into the positives and negatives of recruiting on Facebook. The key is that it may not be for everyone but it can work well for the right company that is looking for candidates in the Facebook demographic.

Internet Marketers are moving into Recruiter Software by Miles Jennings (@milesj)(@recruitingblogs)

Nice look at the Recruiting Software industry and trends that are happening with vendors that are coming into the recruiting space. I totally agree that internet marketers coming into the space can bring a new perspective which can be a good thing for recruiting companies.

Unemployment Claims at Lowest Point since July by John Zappe (@ERE_net)

Great sign that hiring and the economy are picking up.
