Description
Accounting - Experience with Financial Transactions and preparing Financial Statements.
Corporate Finance - Experience with Corporate Finance and Accounting Systems.
Support the Finance Team by preparing the schedules for and processing the Monthly Closing, Audit and Year-End Tax Preparation, and Processing the Payroll. The Staff Accountant also processes Accounts Payable and performs the Monthly Closing.
Reporting Skills - Skillfully prepares Statistical and Written Reports for management. This individual will also assist the CFO with Financial Reporting.
Knowledge of applicable Financial Accounting and Standards Board (FASB) Accounting Rules.
Accounts Payable Experience creating vouchers from Purchase Orders.
Knowledge of Principles of Accruing Sales and Tax Compliance.
Accounts Receivable Deposits, Collections, Legal Turnovers, Foreclosure and Bankruptcy Processing, Developer Billing, Lockbox Postings, etc
Experience with ERP - SAP tools will be an added plus.
We are looking for a professional in Accounting and Payroll experience.
