Hi everyone!

I just want to introduce myself, and say that I'm happy to be a new member of this community.  Guess I'll start off by helping everyone a little with my name pronunciation: ro-kee-ta.  There! Now you have learned something about me :).

I'm a marketing coordinator for a direct media sourcing company in the healthcare recruitment industry (Katon Direct), located in New York.  I am constantly learning so much about the sourcing/recruitment industry, so what better place to learn even more and make new connections than RecruitingBlogs?  I'm looking forward to reading great content, offering valuable content, and networking.
