Cross-posted from The Green Suits:
For sure, we'll be playing Steely Dan's "My Old School" on the drive up to Ithaca College on November 3rd.
We look forward to returning to South Hill after so many years; during this visit, we will meet with many aspiring green careerists interested in becoming The Green Suit.
In association with Ithaca College's Office of Career Services, we will present Tailoring the Green Suit: Establishing a Bright Green Career in a Dull Gray Economy--a one-hour strategy and Q&A session designed to help passionate careerists pivot into successful and rewarding green careers.
The event will take place 7PM at Ithaca College Student Center's Klingenstein Lounge.
Ithaca College is fast becoming a leader in environmental studies as well as sustainability and social responsibility leadership. And we look forward to a long and successful partnership, to help empower IC's sustainability-focused students as they work towards graduation and landing entry-level jobs.
It seems like yesterday that we fell asleep in so many "Textor 102" lectures. And that vivid memory reminds us to keep this presentation and the discussion to follow fast-paced and interesting. In other words, we hope to provide a lot of immediately useful career development strategies.
