I am engaged to do some strategic recruiting for a regional cpa firm that is experiencing growth, and very genuine professional and financial opportunity for aspiring tax specialists. What is the preferred method that a recruiting specialist can employ to get the attention of this typically passive group to engage in a dialogue that may very well enhance their career track?

I run a site AccountingJobsToday. We are a pay for job post site but also have a social network. You are welcome to post a discussion on our site and see if you can drum up some candidates that way. We get over 50,000 unique visitors a month. I am also looking for someone who can work with me on building up that network. Let me know if you are interested.
