When I read this, I kept going back to Rayanne's threads; then it hit me why all the negative threads about ethics and recruiting have bothered me so.

One thing I have never done in any of the recruiting ethics threads is pontificate about my personal opinion - others have cornered the market here. Integrity is a personal issue not one that others should be castigating about given someone's point of view. I don't answer to them and they don't answer to me. Open and shut case.

Same holds true for people lying on their resume or agency recruiters lying to candidates - if they want to do it, let them; despite what others may think about costs and lawsuits and God only knows what, in the end it is an individual's definition of integrity that guides them and they're good with it, the only recourse I have is to live my way and let life handle everything else.

Happy Passover...Happy Easter.

Even when it is legislated - read about anything Congress attempts to legislate - the bills offered still come complete with loopholes that enable those whom the loopholes were written for significant work arounds.

Trust yourself first - if you can't trust yourself, try counseling.
