There are so many different types of fitness trackers available in the market. Each fulfills a different purpose such as the number of hours that you spend on the treadmill, running, biking and swimming and even the miles that you cover every day. Other than this, a fitness tracker can track sleep, workout routines and the food that you devour. Some are technologically advance whilst some come with additional features.

If you are about to purchase a fitness tracker for yourself, you better have a look at some of the best ones out there. Here we have reviewed a few of them for you.

Fitbit Charge HR

The best thing about this fitness tracker is that it can serve all needs. The users have rated it eight on the scale of one to ten, one being the worst and ten being the best. It can calculate the number of hours that you sleep during the night and the miles that you cover during your exercising routine. Moreover, it can measure the number of calories that you take each day. When you have this particular information, it is easy to lose weight accordingly. It comes in three sizes: small, large and extra-large which means that anyone, may he/she be extra smart or obese, can wear it comfortably. Its battery lasts for five days and is compatible to both, my fitness pal compatible and food tracking.

Up move

This is way less expensive than Fitbit Charge HR but has received equally good remarks on its performance. It is available in only two sizes (small and medium) and the most amazing thing about it is that its battery life lasts for up to six months! It has all the important features that you need to maintain your figure and is as modern as a device can be. It is also compatible to both, my fitness pal and food tracking.

Garmin

Perhaps, the most expensive of them all, Garmin has a totally different style and performance than every other fitness tracker out there. It has a vivo-active watch and the tracker's size can be adjusted according to the wrist. Its battery life can last for three weeks but if you have your GPS on, then it will be active merely for ten hours. Although it is compatible with my fitness pal but it cannot help with food tracking.
